Yoga
There is something really special about doing yoga at the yurt. Classes are small with a maximum of seven in the class. Bolsters, mats, blankets, eye pillows and other props are all provided so all you need to do is show up. Scented with soothing sage and warmed by the fire you will instantly relax and settle into your breath and body.
The style of yoga varies as Vicky has trained in Yin, Ashtanga and Restorative yoga but classes tend to be Yin or Yin Yang is style. All classes end with a deeply nurturing sound bath of gongs, bowls and chimes to allow you to leave floating and ready for a deep sleep.
Classes are currently on a Monday evening at 6.30 for both men and women and Tuesdays at 7pm for women only. Private sessions are popular and available on request.
